  • Appointed a Judge of the Supreme Court of Ontario (now the Superior Court of Justice) in 1985 – Presided primarily over homicide and other complex criminal cases; authored the Court's Criminal Proceedings Rules; authored the Ontario Specimen Jury Instructions (Criminal)
