Estates List in Toronto
Established in Toronto in the 1990’s, the Estates List is comprised
of judges who hear proceedings in the Toronto Region involving issues
of estate, trust and capacity law. Practice procedures under the Estates
List are formalized under a Practice Direction (See Practice
Directions and Administrative Advisories).
