Practice Directions and Administrative Advisories

Policies and Protocols

The Judiciary may issue general communications relating to practice before the Court as either a provincial or a regional practice direction. The Court may also issue advisories about administrative matters. Practice directions are notices, guides or other publications that govern the practice for proceedings subject to the appropriate rules of procedure. An administrative notice is a general communication, usually of a regional nature, that relates to the administration of the courts.
