Administrative Advisory - North East Judicial Region

The Judicial Practice Direction dated March 24, 1994, guiding practice and procedure with respect to civil and family motions in the North East Judicial Region is no longer in effect. Litigants and counsel who require detailed information about civil and family motions procedures in the North East Judicial Region should refer to the current Judicial Practice Direction on “Civil and Family Motions Procedures”, dated August 26, 2005.
